SIGNATURE DISH

Sea Signora’s strengths shine through in its signature dishes: Oyster with black and red caviar, Nebrodi ham roll with beef tartare and black caviar, Mezzamanica Alfredo with caviar, and Lorighittas with sardella, Piennolo tomatoes, and tuna milt. Also unmissable are the Sea Milanese with whitebait and salted lemon salad, and the Sole alla Roberto — enriched with clams, baby octopus, and razor clams — dishes that embody a cuisine focused on premium ingredients and original creations.
